This year the Quaker Valley chapter all picked a delegate to spend one week this summer at the Grove City Leadership Conference in order to gain new ideas for next year's projects. Not too many people nowadays will give something for nothing. Our library aides do this and more. They give up a study hall to work in the library. Under the direction of our new librarian, Miss Mer- cedes Sheehan, these aides have rearranged the books in the entire library this year. As always, the Desk Duty girls proved themselves indispensable by giving up their study halls to assist visitors and run errands for the office. This year's volunteers were Bonnie Spencer, Sue Tondreau, Frankie Brothers, Ginny Kelly, Bebe Reilly, Sherri Biondi, Lyn LoBello, Jill Amend, Wanda Vescio, Yvette Mertens, Phyllis Foleno, Ann Brackus, Sandy Graham, Janet Clif- ford, Hilda McKenzie, and Joyce Rossi.
