To Michael L. Richard: The year we began our career at Quabbin as students, you began your career at Quabbin as a teacher. You grew with us and you shared our lives. You were with us from the first meeting in eighth grade all the way through those final steps to “Pomp and Circumstance . Through many good times: the Muppet Movie, the ice cream bash, the freshman party, donkey basketball, “Childhood,” the spaghetti supper, the junior prom, and “Horror Bashes. ’ You also struggled witn us through some times which were not quite so succes ul: the “money-making” popcorn machine, tumblers, sophomores’ Chinese fire-drills, the Muppet Caper, and bad luck in One Act judgments. You are more of a friend and member of our class than an advisor. Your patience with our sometimes misdirected energy has been surprising and always appreciated. The time and effort you have contributed to our class is immeasurable. When we leave you “84-less,” there will no longer be constant aisruption in your life. Yet as we go on to play new “games” we will always remember the love and support you have riven us. In an attempt to return some of that love and support; we dedicate our yearbook to you, Mike Richard. Inirrial fwm (Jfiit OsVeR ' pRal Du e M ass He 12
