P5 HPR EVERMORE President Dan Linlgem V ice-President Over three hundred and fifty seniors' thoughts are centered on the approaching graduation ceremonies. For the most part the class of T964 is elated after completing four years at Puyallup High, but the memories of the past years have o mellowing effect on their ioyful feelings. Early memories of every senior are the presentation of a success- ful Freshman Frolic, featuring Charleston dancers, The Roaring Twen- ties, and one of the most profitable Sophomore Hops, Mardi Gras. The members of the class of I964 had demonstrated an exceptional amount of class spirit which hit an all time high when as sophomores they captured first place in the Stunt Assembly with Proiect 6'l , a take off on the Seattle Space Needle. Popular songs from current movies provided themes for their last two class dances. Strains from Moon River , the theme of the Junior Prom, will remain in the memory of many. At the Senior Ball, Some- where, the class created a land of fantasy and exaggeration espec- ially for the seniors. Much work and fun filled evenings contributed to the momentous Senior Assembly which concluded their Senior year. Among the seniors of 1964, who were the first students to attend classes in the new Science-library building and to utilize the new Science-Library building and to utilize the new swimming pool, were Mouni Sadek from Cairo, Egypt, and Sa Pereira, from Brazil. These two A.F.S. students were welcome participants in the senior activities and instilled in the seniors an invaluable feeling of comradeship and understanding. The seniors contributed their part to making the 1963-64 voyage through experiences successful and stored away reminisences and learning, both personal and academic, which will be the basis for the anticipated future.
