1-uv ff HONORS Honor students of PHS kept themselves busy in and out of school completing their work. How- ever this does not mean that the honor students only studied, for they took part in the musical and dramatic programs, the science programs, and held various offices in clubs and organiza- tions around school-all while keeping up their grades. Pages 26-31 ll. TABLE OF ACADEMIC Teachers, students, and administrators stood together throughout the '58-'59 school year. Teachers tried to teach their students material necessary for either higher education or for their lives after graduation. Students put forth an effort to learn, and the administrators of the dis- trict spent their energy improving situations and solving problems. Page-s 8-23 l CLASSES Taking part in the annual stunt, season ticket drive, and presenting a class dance were the three main class activities of every class. Doing the class yell at each assembly, rooting for the teams, and being interested in the same things kept all classes working together to better the school. Pages 32-59
