GUIDANCE STAFF DS STUDENTS To aid students in planning their futures, vocational films, interest and ability tests were given to all fresh- men. Then the guidance staff under the direction of Mr. Kurt Bargmeyer helped plan the class schedules of some l4OO Viking students. Seniors were aided in applying for scholarships and preparing for iobs by Mr. Bargmeyer and his staff who worked on scholarship applications and the Washington State Employment Tests. Each class had a guidance assistant to give individual help when necessary. These assistants were: Miss Palma Larson, Miss Freida Scheitlin, Miss Gertrude Hansen, Carl Sparks, and Charles Zafforoni.
