The first speech of the night was the Valedic- tory Address delivered by Buddy Massa. The speech was entitled The Making of a School and it dealt with all of the activities and experiences which made our Senior High. The Senior Chorus sang again at Graduation. Later Mr. Blankenship led the entire Senior Class in singing America rahuatiur I l E June 1, 1967, marked the first Graduation at Putnam County Senior High School. Two hundred eighty-four seniors sat in our school gymnasium and listen to! the Graduation address. Twenty-y five seniors were Honor Students with averages ranging from 92 to' 96.18. They and the Beta Clulf members wore gold chords.

Diplomas were given out by Principal Bill May and Superintendent of School, Eddie Watson. When all of the diplomas were handed out, the grad- uates left the gym and the first year of Putnam County S e n i o r High School was over. 2'I5
