What might appear on the surface to be apathy in the part of students could well indicate a h change in the '73 teen. Club activities per se, do not play as big a part in lives as they once did. Part of the activities may not seem relevant but when it comes to service, the kids rallied to collecting clothes and toys for the Enid State School. Food, clothes and toys were given to poorfamilies by various Christmas projects. Perhaps a major reason for fewer attend- ing ordinary club meet- ings is the total of students who drive their own cars and hold jobs to pay the expenses. For those who don't drive their own cars, some parents require the extra cost of insurance on the family car to be paid by the teenager. u Drivers' Education and a B average grade help to reduce cost as much as 253. Even then rates can be as high as S1600 per year. 1. PIN the Nose on the Reindeer is supervised by Miss Martha Sandersfeld, Shan Hope and Laura Grant at FBLA party.
