The new metalworking class provides an opportunity for students to prepare for a vocation in that field. Here a student uses the new metal press. CLASSES EXHIBIT GRCWTH A school's worth is really evaluated in its academic quality and growth. In this, Putnam excels, for it is noted as one of the outstanding schools in the state. But we do not rest on our laurels. The school facilities are always growing. With 700 new books in the library, 2 new typing rooms, 2 new science rooms, a new iournalism room, and new audio-visual facilities, the capacity for education at Putnam City has been further increased.
