Mrs. Marjorie Hubbard's efficien- cy and cooperation are an asset to Mr. Kirkland as well as to the School Board. Mr. D. D. Kirkland has been Superintendent at the Put- nam City Schools for two years, previous to this he has thirty-two years experience in school administration which includes being President of the Oklahoma School Administrators and President of the Oklahoma Educa- tion Association. The expansion of the school has gone according to his plans. The new Junior High building has been started and will be ready for use next school year. Last year the school was admitted to the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. Also an elementary supervisor has been added to the system. Mr. Kirkland has a B.A. degree from Northwestern State Teacher's College and an M.Ed. from the Univer- sity of Oklahoma.
