 ih;u 'm •' A Golden Year For PMO Get out your sleeping bag and pillow, PMO Christmas Show Tickets go on sale on Monday! The luck of the draw for concertificate times and waiting in endless lines were well worth the effort to see the Purdue Music Organization's finest performances. This year, PMO celebrated its fiftieth anniversary. The first show was presented in Eliza Fowler Hall, now incorporated into Stewart Center, and featured the men's and women's glee clubs and the University Choral Society. The public was invited and around 200 attended. Over the years, the show has been moved to Elliot Hall of Music where it has grown from that one performance to five. Also added were the Coed Choral Club; two English handbell groups; the Purdue Belles; and the Purdue Bell Choir. The festive lights and sets, and the talent of all the students involved make the PMO Christmas Show a cherished holiday tradition for thousands of people all over the United States. The show truly signals the beginning of the Christmas feeling for the over 30,000 people who attend each year. PMO Christmas Show 29
