Purdue Hall'-rich in traditions of days gone hy-a landmark on the cam- pus-watchdog of Purdue's growth. It was the home of the A.O.D.D. 1An- cient Order of Dormitory Devils!- the lads who put life into the good old days. Once the residence of students who hurned the midnight oil-now the stronghold of professors who hrew it for the nocturnal oil burners. At present it is the headquarters of the departments of Applied Mechanics and of Modern Languageskthe home of Pop Doan. with his various and assorted collection of athletic tickets -and the hahitat of Dean Dukes and the Graduate School. to whom those amongst us may turn for higher learn- ing.
