Refornmtwn Lutlw1.ui t'lturvli POSTLUDE On November 5, 1961, Pulaski Senior High School was formally dedicated. City and state officials were present to make the day a memorable one. The highlight of the dedication exercises was the address by Congressman at Large, Frank Kowalski, who spoke on the meaning of education in a democracy. Ralph M. Gantz, Superintendent of Schools, in- troduced platform guests: the Assistant Superinten- dent of Schools, Lester Levine, Mayor Julius J. Kremskig former Mayor Joseph F. Morellig and former presidents of the Board of Education and present members of the Board of Education. Color and pageantry were added to the program with the Presentation of Colors by the Eddy Glover Post No. 6 and the musical selectionsiby the Pulaski School orchestra and choral groups, directed re- spectively by Anthony Tercyak and Donald Santora. ln the words of Dr. Andrew J.
