Betty Heldreth President We entered P. H. S. in September with the joyous realization that we were seniors at last. We proved to ourselves and to others that strength can lie in small numbers. We sold over 500 spectators badges bearing our school colors and name to be worn to athletic events; we tied for first prize for our float entered in the Home- coming Parade and we won second prize in the school Stunt Day, and also participated in the School Play. The smallness of our class has drawn us into a closer bond of friendship and a keener sense of responsibility to our class and to our school. Our classes, teachers, clubs, sports, parties, and friends are all segments of our happy days at P. H. S. Th ese among many others have aided us in preparing for our future lives and in instill- ing in our hearts memories that we will always hold dear. In leaving P. H. S. we give our thanks to all of our teachers who so ably guided us in our classes and in our extra curricular activities and to Mr. Garland our principal who has been to us both friend and administrator during our days as students.
