senior Donnie Swain President Louise Harrell Vice-President Nancy Childress Secretary Roswell Meredith Treasurer class officers We, the Seniors of 1954, graduate with the realization that we are the last senior class to finish from Old P.H.S. We pause to think of the many students who have graduated before us, sensing that they have the same love for our school that we hold so deeply in our hearts. Here we have studied, danced, played, experienced trials, and had enjoyable moments for four years. As we leave our school and the oncoming classes move to the new high school, we have ended an era in the high school life of our town. We leave our best wishes for success and happiness to all students who will attend the new high school in coming years, and may they realize the pleasures, joys, and benefits of high school life as fully as we do. We deeply appreciate the guidance and advice given to us by our principal, Mr. Garland, our class sponsors, Miss Mayme McCoy and Mr. Vic Kreiter. We also leave our sincere appreciation to our other senior teachers: Mrs. Jordan, Mrs. Totten and Mr. Voulangas, and to all our high school teachers without whose help and guidance the realization of graduation may not have been reached. jourteen
