MNHQ it Freshmen: As Freshies we were bewildered, Were the black bub- blers ours to use? Could lowly Freshmen talk to the football heroes? Were We allowed to attend the dances? Did we have to attend those noon hour programs everyday? Were we compelled to have assignment notebooks? Sophomores: As Sophomores we felt a little more secure, although walking to the front of the study hall filled with upper classmen still gave us the shudders. Now we were positive that the spooky noises coming from behind the closed doors of 321 were thirty typewriters going full blast. We still loyally attended the school activities and never missed a day's assignment. JAMES LITZAU President GRACE CZARNECKI Treasurer SYLVESTER RACINOWSKI ViceAPre-sident SUZANNE ROSTANKOWSKI Secretory Iuniors: Upper classmen at lastl Our biggest event was the Iunior Prom. The Dreamers Holiday . Wow! What a timel We came home when the birds were singing. The fellows in our class now made the varsity, so the football games were a must. Seniors: Our minds were filled with thoughts of graduation - a combination of regret and anticipation. We packed the weeks with all the school activities - basketball, football, swimming, dances - because tune would soon be here. Some of us looked forward to college and more fun, but even those days wouldrrt make us forget our happiest days at our high school alma-mater. JUNE GRADUATES OF '53 Miss Philipkowskl Mr Tliurner
