This was the question when the great Washington game arrived We sold our tickets like hotcakes and at game time at North Sta drum every available seat was taken That night the lucky people who had seats saw Washing ton get one of the worst hckings in its school history as Spycalla scored three times Molenda twice and Reichert once for an upsetting vic- torv of 41-14. Our Homecoming game with Tech provided another victory for the Ramblers. Although the locals could not hold on to the ball on running plays fumbling five times they took to the air with Ken Cwiklis passing three touchdown pass es to Relchert Schmidt and Hehng respective ly Tech broke away for one touchdown in the last quarter ending in a final score of 21 6 as our charging line blocked their extra point attempt South and Custer were the last to fall to a surging Pulaski team. Arnold Heling stole hon- ors in the South game scoring on two running plays. Other scores by Don Molenda and Louie Spycalla ended the game 27-7. Custer in the season s fina e against the Ramblers were held 14-O. Louie Spycalla and Fred Reichert scored Rambler touchdowns on a bitter cold afternoon.
