IUNE CLASS, 1949 Thomas Stemo Marcel Dobson President Vice-President As freshmen we hurried to all classes and then sat there a long time waiting for the tardy bell to ring: had upper-classmen autograph our school song sheets: did all our homework: and lost our first inter-class swimming meet. As sophomores we became interested in extra-curricular activities: cheered at all football and basketball games: went to our first over-all hop: and were thrilled by the Spring Concert. As juniors we began stamping our feet in We--'M-f-re Patricia Honeck Walter Rowinski Treasurer Secretary study halls: did less homework even though we received more: planned for and went to that wonderful Dreamwhirl Prom, from which we didn't get home until the next morning. As seniors we possessed that feeling of self- confidence, which only seniors have: organized the Student Council and Senior Planning Com- mittee: displayed our talents in the Senior Talent Show and. Class Play: anxiously planned for our Senior Banquet: and proudly received our graduation diplomas on June 16, 1949. Mr. Wielgosz, Miss Asimont Class Sponsors
