Lloyd Buss, Vice-President: Mr. Raymond Shaw, Sponsor: Marilyn Posselt, Secretary: James Young, President: Mrs. Margaret Boone, Sponsor: Ronald Bork, Treasurer. THE JUNE CLASS We're seniors. Only a few Weeks more will the vibrating bells summon us to class. Only a few weeks more will we stand in the cafeteria line, grumbling about the loiterers ahead of us. Yes, our four years at Pulaski are almost over. We are begin- ning to envy the bungling, awestruck freshies that slink through the halls, timid and afraid. How happy we would be to exchange our confident man-of- the-worldliness for their meekness. Oh to be like them again-with four whirlwind years ahead of us instead of behind us. Watching the sophomores striding leisurely down the halls makes us remember our second-year days. We were so sure of ourselves. We tolerated school -living from one basketball game to another. How thrilled we were when our swimming team splashed its way to victory after victory. Then there was the prom, that long-awaited event that occurred in our junior year, that glorious even- ing created just for us. We can still hear the strains of Ioe Caravella's band and see the gym in its festive decorations. Yes, we cherish these memories, locked tight inside usg we treasure them as symbols of Pulaski. We smile to ourselves-a sad smile, reminiscent but satisfied, satisfied because we were once a part of that surging throngg happy because our record also is inscribed in the historic pages of Pulaski and our voices echo through those magic halls.
