V.I.C.A. al Hs Best V.l.C.A. is an organization which started in 1970 run by Mr. Al Arellano. V.l.C.A. stands for Vocational Industrial Clubs of America. Because of Mr. Arellano's lack of time V.l.C.A. only lasted until 1978. But just this year V.l.C.A. came back having 16 students in Woods and 21 students in Welding. V.l.C.A. classes engage in various fund raising projects and V.l.C.A. Skill Olym- pics held in Phoenix, March 26-27. Students in V.l.C.A. classes had to have had beginn- ing Woods or Welding, 15 Learning a unique trade is Jose Moreno. 23 A Pueblo student showing his skills.
