EBLQXSIEEZZLXILTL SCSCOJEFGE KEEPEEZS Without the Baseball Pep Club the team would be lacking a lot of very essential things. The girls are a very tremendous help to me personally, stated Coach Gastellum. They provide an in- valuable service during the games keeping score, operating the scoreboard, operating the concession stand, announcing the ballgame, and serving as bat girls, added Coach Gastellum. ln addition the pep club held an occasional car wash, and had can- dy sales throughout the Baseball season. The main objective of this club is to boost the morale of the baseball players, raise funds for baseball equipment, and publi- cize baseball games. According to Coach Gastellum, the group has been meeting up to its stan- dards. This year's pep club has fifteen active members in which four are acting officers. They are lackie Anaya, Cecilia Castillo, Betty Sa- linas, and Cindy Gabusi. To join this club, which has been active for five years, you must have the eagerness to help, concluded Coach Gastellum. -Betty Salinas ONE-Terri Romero pays close attention to the Baseball game.
