Teachers said that Pueblo students are not hard to teach. However, it is sometimes hard for students to learn. Students at Pueblo High mostly enjoyed their English classes when they had movies, games, or when they read books and plays as well as magazines. Things which the students disliked about English classes were when the teachers did not give clear answers to questions. Also disliked was grammar studies and books like Beowolf. This year we received new grammar textbooks, Wariner's, that are used at the universities. There were essay contests this year that Pueblo students entered. English department will lose Mrs. Marion Wright who plans to retire. She has taught reading at Pueblo for 15 years and plans to live in V Sedona and play lots of golf when she isn't swimming. - ludy Galvan . Q siiit tiff tx isss . Margaret .
