Administrative policies were decided by Dr. Robert Morrow, Hugh Summers, Elbert Brooks, cmd Allan Hawthorne. Dr. Tom Lee also confers with this group With nearly all of District i high school students on double sessions and planning for two new schools under way, the school board and administrators were faced with double the work that had fallen upon their shoulders in past years. In an effort to economize, Dr. Morrow with the help of his administrators worked to define a detailed budget. The school board helped in this, by working closely with the schools in an effort to discover what was needed in each area. As principal of Pueblo High School, Miss Reynolds carried out many policies in order to enhance the benefits of school, despite the difficulties caused by over-crowded conditions. Buck. Urquides, Johnson Guided Students In his capacity as assistant principal in charge of student activities, Mr. Buck worked closely with the student council to instill in all a desire to serve the school and the community. As sponsor ofthe executive committee, Mr. Buck helped to guide the school's leaders. Conflict of extra- curricular activities was avoided through advance clear- ance with Mr. Buck and Ramon Yslas, student activities chairman. Dean ot boys, Mr. Johnson, and Miss Urquides, dean of girls, helped students and teachers to improve under- standing and cooperation.
