The Rev. Elwood C. Voss, Superintendent The years of Christ's youth were described by Saint Luke in the words, And Jesus advanced in wisdom and age and grace before God and men. We who have been destined to direct this year of your life at Pueblo Cath- olic High School believe that the same words may be applied to you. You have been reminded, and with reason, that every year of your life is important, for time should be measured with eternity as a back- ground. As you grow in age, every experience that was yours during your high school days will possess greater significance in your own mind. You will realize more fully that the prayers you offered, the hours you spent in study, and the activities in which you participated were all a part of God's plan for your success in time and eternity. May the school year of 1952-1953, which is portrayed in the pages ahead, be for you a treasured memory, a noble inspiration, and a true outline of your personal life. Father Voss 11
