STUDENT GOVERNING BODY President Dave Worthen led the school for the year of 53-54. He was a conscientious, efficient officer and was loved by every student. Handsome Jan Bee served as the vice-president, taking over when Dave was not at school. The students were grateful for his work and help. Our secretary was pretty Mary Jo Paramore. She had to take accurate minutes and keep a record of Provo High School. She did a wonderful job. Friendly Lamont Tyler was an efficient business manager. His job was a hard one, but he succeeded in keeping the budget balanced and the accounts straight. Legislative council wot called to give students a chance to represent their dosses and DAVID WORTHEN, President organizations in pfenning and directing school activities. SCHOOL AND FED US In the school lunch kitchen Carol Snow, LaPearl Roberts, Ellen Rowberry, Paulene Thorne, and Mary Farrer prepared the tasty food that the students relished so much. As head of the school lunch program, Amy Taylor planned nutritious and enjoyable meals for everyone. At lunchtime students, enticed by delicious aromas, crowded the lower hall. Upon reaching the doors of the lunch room, they found the waiting to be worth their while.
