Glenn Simmons Physical Education II and III Algebra I Boy s gym, taught by Mr. Condie, Mr. Warner, Mr. Witney, and Mr. Simmons, helped to show the boys that good sportsmanship can be fun. In the gym classes, everybody saw action. COORDINATORS Most of our population developed itself in the environs of the boys' gym, football field, tennis court and cinder track. Competition, excitement, and sportsmanship were some of the by-products. Margaret Hansen Twila Bigler Physical Education II and III Dancing Physical Education II and III Dancing PROVO HIGH’S MUSCLE Indoor and outdoor sports and principles of the modern dance were taught to the girls of Provo High in a packed gymnasium where feminine shrieks and giggles were evidence of high morale. Watch the Birdie.' Table tennis captured the fancy of Ernestine Ashley and Diana Jean Bobo.

These girls were preparing for woman's noblest profession, . . . Their goals were to be able to cook, sew, and in general take care of a home. AGRICULTURE It looks like Mr. Cornaby was having trouble deciding Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Mr. Cornaby's agriculture classes learned all about the farm and everything related to it. Fred Cornaby Agriculture Agriculture, a career in itself, was taught this year for the first time. Mr. Cornaby, teacher advisor, had many enthusiastic young fellows ready to learn about crops, rotation, and the farm in general.
