He has experimented, researched, and tested every hypothesis until he has found a logical, sound conclusion. To study man's discoveries in the life sciences, reactions between chemicals, and laws of motion and kinectics, biology, chemistry, and physics were formed. ln these courses, the student can learn of the discoveries in these areas as well as experiment for himself to test these theor- ies. As man is constantly searching for ways to under- stand this planet better, he stresses advancing medically, technically, and scientifically. As Proviso students become the problem solvers of the future, we must learn to prove all our conclusions by careful and painstaking experimen- tation so that this world may become a better place to live in. Proviso science classes including SDL Biology, Phys- ical Science, General Science, Physiology, and the above mentioned are training students to develop fine research and experimental techniques as well as give them an understanding of the Science world around them. Learning how to use the microscope is one feature taught in SDL Biology. With absolute concentration, this young scientist allows just the right amount into the beaker.
