Tying for 7th place in in the conference, their biggest thrill this year was a dra- matic victory over Proviso East 13-7 snapping a 3 year drought of WSC victories. Tracy was elected the team's MVP after 4 years ot remarkable achievement and after he set the record for Most Yardage in a game with 254 yards. The Varsity also set two other Proviso records: Jerrod Clark's 94 yard kick-oft re- turn and Tracy Robinson's longest run from scrim- mage Q87 yardsj. Other Seniors who were given Hon- orable Mentions were Ron Provenzano, Pookey Tri- plett, Maurice McKinney, Dave Stillwell, and Leonard Watts.

Sophomore Football After only halt of the starting Freshman squad of '82 returned and eligibility real- ly took its toll on the team, Coach Clish and his squad finished with a disappoint- ing record of O-7 in the Conference CO-9 overallj. One highlight this season was that this squad was the only team all season to score on Glenbard West's Sophomore team. Individuals who played important roles this season were Joey Turner, Leroy Morris, John Hasner, and Brian Mathis. Mathis set 2 new Sophomore records: Most interceptions in a game Q23 and most interceptions in a season Q-47. The team is all psyched up to play the Pirates. This Panther is ready to attack Proviso East. The quarterback releases a strike before being sacked.
