An extensive Iihrarv ol' 20,000 boolis needs a great deal of maintenance. In Proviso VVest's lihrarv rooms the hooks are checked and shelved by sixtvelive industrious people. These lihrarv pages not onlv shelve hooks hut also straighten the rooins, eolleet slips and eheelc honor roll Cards. Even with the three full time librarians the demands of the extensive collection could not he fultvilled without the pages volunteering. The lihrarv pages devote study Periods to aid the staff in Illillly ways. This year, with the south lihrarv roorn open and new Puhlieations continually being inade availahle, the pages had a greater numher of hooks to organize and shelve.
