Bar-burgers on Bun Ban 3500 Huge Hungers Dealing with Proviso's 3,500 different appetites, Mrs. Dorothy Accardi, head dietician, tries to varv the menus to appeal to all students. After serving a hrealcfast of rolls and juice to students with Nearly morning hun- gerf' the cafeteria staff prepares for its five daily lunch periods. With the help of twenty-six women, lunches range from spaghetti to chuck-wagon steak. Producing meals that are both nourishing and appetizing provides a challenge to the staff hut results in VVest,s well-fed students. The staff also supervises food preparation for banquets and other activities. With similar goals of service the matrons assist both students and teachers.
