Intergalactlc festivities of Homecoming week inspired Pirates to deliver their first victory on Pirate soil, against Glenbard East with a score of 20-15. Irregardless of seasonal rain rains, high spirited students refused to let the rain dampen their victorious day. Cosmic surroundings flowed throughout the day leading the Junior class to another victory. Among the highlighted events was the Flose Arbor and Lords of the Rose court finalists being announced. The sixteen finalists captured the orbital atmosphere as our annual Homecoming Dance capped the festivities of the day. lrightl Spurred on by their last touchdown, the Pirates kick off to victory. lrighty Surprised reactions captured the smiling faces of Pat Scovone and Penny Sullivan as they were chosen Rose Arbor finalists fAbovel Front, Flose Arbor and Lords of the Rose Court, Vicky Stevens Penny Sullivan, Nancy Triplet, Mary Robinson, Shari Keys, Debbie Tomsavlc Back Ronny Powel, Pat Scavone, Sean Swain, Earl Fox, and Elton Davis

TradltlOnaI and contemporary activities are always being pursued by the Student Council Executive Board and all Student Council members. Along with sponsoring many activities such as Homecoming and Christmas door decorations, Student Council also demonstrates their ability in sponsoring fund raising programs. Sponsors, Mr. Tom. O'Hale and Mr. Dan King are very proud to see the growth in attendance and many enthused faces gathered at the many series of meetings. The election of Student Council is held annually at the beginning of every school year in the assigned homeroom. Following is the election of officers, elected by all Student Council Members.
