MIN ISTRATIO RUSSELL L. WILLIAMS lt seems to me the greatest challenge facing American leader- ship today is the development of moral and spiritual values. Moral values have been shaken by two world wars within one generation, corruption in high offices, and the changing patterns of home and family life. The logical place to start is with our young people. The home, the church, the school, and the community must work together in seeking at solution to this problem. The home is the greatest single factor in forming character. The church seeks to unclerstand and teach the relation of man to Gocl. The community can insure a healthful moral environment. The public Schools can teach these values at every opportunity. The future of American clemocracy may well clepentl in large part upon the initiative and Success with which this challenge is met.
