An issue has come out once each month since. The Prospector is sent tree to each of our service men graduates, and exchanged with papers from other schools.

wwf' . M-'tw' -M ' LETTERMAWS CLUB The Lettermen's Club received new impetus this year with the addition of several new members. During the year the Club has grown from two to l7 members, The fellows who have earned letters and fulfilled all other requirements for entry into Lettermen's, are: Warren Wright Glenn Fairchild Ted Fraedricks Dee Neville John Dolerishek Jack Canfield Merle Harper William Brown Sigiqeillgvgilztln Arleigh Anderson Ray Mullen Gene Blair Don Harper Claude Turner Ben Ash The Lettermen's Club of Prospect High was founded on high ideals of good sports- manship, and the 1944-i945 members strove to maintain that ideal. Our athletic year, in spite of terrific handicaps, was quite successful because as we lost players, either to the armed forces or because of injuries, the balance of the members tried hard, with good success, to fill the gaps. NITE CLUB The Second Annual Nite Club, sponsored by the Prospect High School Student Body, under the direction of Mrs. Flannery, was held in the high school gymnasium on Decem- ber l5, l944. Hosts and hostesses were Virginia Ridgeway, Dee Neville, lvorene Cushman, and War- ren Wright, Arleigh Anderson and Lee Cushman acted as Master of Ceremonies. Wayne Williamson, and George Meyer, under the direction of Mr, D i n k e n s, were in charge ot lights. Entertainment consisted of readings, piano solos, sextet singing, vocal solos, carol act, and dancing, by the chorus and individuals. Between acts the audience participated in d a n c i n g to the tunes furnished by an orchestra from Medford, Those who took part are, reading from left to right, First row-Barbara Newburn, Juanita Meyer, Juanita Moore, Nyoda Herman, lvorene Cushman, Q Thelda Goode, Eva Frey, Virginia Ridgeway, Hazel Shough. Second row-Eileen Atchison, Mona Maloy, Alice Smith. Third row-Dorothy Mather, Vivian Hall, Betty Svinth, Warren Wright, Arleigh Anderson, Dee Neville, George Meyer, Wayne Williamson.
