FROSH FOUND THEIR WAY As always, biology proved to be the most popular freshman course. As in past years the freshman class quickly acliusted to the new surrounding of Prospect. Students became acquainted with the high school at an orientation program organized during the summer by the Class of I967. However, Spetember 8 still presented its usual problems for hapless Wanderers. Biology and English were required subiects for every freshman, but most students took a course in general mathematics or studied beginning algebra. All activities except honor societies and honorary organizations offered membership to freshmen. The FRESHMAN CLASS OFFICERS. Gary McMorrow, Vice-president: Karen Mc- Cartney, Secretary, Tom Blomquist, President: .lohn Cisler, Treasurer. Class of 1968 did not hesitate to participate in the challenging activities of music, drama, and debate and the enjoyable ac- tivities of clubs. Freshmen upheld Prospect's fine tradition in athletics with conference championships in basketball and gym- nastics. The Class of '68 was successful in raising money in anticipation of a future prom. The spring turnabout, Midnight in Moscow, and athletic concessions were well planned. Effec- tive organization, ability, 'and spirit will make l968 one of Prospect's greatest classes.
