Strong M- Z Q . competition was provided for Prospectis harriers through an eight meet schedule: the district meet. and the conference meet held on the Prospect two- mile course. The varsity placed second in the con- ference standings to the only team to which it lost. Proviso Vest. Outstanding runners for the varsity were Roger Luedke, Doug Vaughan. james Glidden. and Don Coey. Pacing the sophomores in most of their wins were Gary Blarks and Dicl-1 Gay.
