The Road Through The Past Lets think back on the times the Class 0f 38 has shared over the years at PHS . I . We Came to PHS as 7th graders, full of enthusi- asm. However, it was overshadowed by the fear of the big upper classmen. But, all in all, an awesome first year at the high school was shared, and we made our presence known. Things began to get better in 8th grade. With one year under our belts. the intimidation was gone. The highlight of the year was the class trip to the Hulbert Outdoors Center. The three day adventure, filled with hiking, games, and good times was shared. Other memories includ- ed the Spring Welcoming Dance that attracted students to join our class, the 2nd place title in the Winter Carnival-only having lost by two points-and the class trip to the Pico Alpine Slide in June. As we entered our freshmen year, several new students joined our class, making it a complete unit. Once together, we began our senior high h years with spirit. In A Class Act , we sang We Go Together't from the movie Grease in the E Talent Show. We held two awesome dances that attracted lots of students and added money to our treasury, the Semi-Formal Dance and a Toga Dance. As a final fling, the class went to White Rocks in Wallingford, and had a fun- filled day.

As the years went by, our sophomore year fell upon us. This was a fantastic year shared by all. In the middle of the winter, we held llSnpho; more Saturday -a night filled with games. mov- ieleL sliding, skating, and pizza. The class trip was to Lake Bomoseen. The events included kickball, water fights, frisbee and all-around fun in the sun. Soon enough, the dreaded' junior year hit. Lots of hard work was in store for all. Our class began to split up a littleihose going to VOC and those staying at PHS. However. our class always managed to pull together at the right times. We actually beat the senior class in the Winter Carnival and captured first place in the snow-sculpture contest. Then, the night of all nightleThe JuniorSeniur Prom? The prom was very successful. Everytme danced the night away, while the junior class counted the money. We actually made a profit! The year ended with the school-famnus 'lJunior Walkout Day! That will be remembered for years to come. During the summer of our senior year, the Class pulled together and participated in the 4th of July parade in Prnctnr. A float was constructed that had a marble '88 on it. Class members rode on the float. Even though the weather didn't, cooperate with 115. all who participated had a great time. Well, this is it . . . our SENIOR YEAR. It seems hard to believe that well be graduating in June. The time has really flown by. These highlightv ed memories of PHS will always be remem- bered fm' years to come.
