THEPROCIORIAN 1971 PROO'OBHIGH scuoa. PROGOBNERMONT Very few words are needed to exprea'. how we feel toward Almo who has been a friend to us all. This short poem says it all. The making of friends, who are real friends, is the best token we have of a man's success in life. EDWARD EVERETT HALE Almo's life as measured by these words has indeed been a success. The. 1971 Praetorian is proudly dedicated to Alma. And I know I dorft have much to give but soon I'll open any door. Hang on to your Impes my friend. That's an easy thing to say. But if your hopes should pass away Simplyr pretend you can build them again. I'm wrong; I'm right. Where Ibelong I'm right. where I belong '. . . Mr. Candon They that love beyond the world cannot be sepalaled by il. Death cannot kill what never dies. . Nor can spirits ever be divided that love and live in the same divine principle, the root and record. of then friendship. .. . Death is but crossing the world as friends do the seas; they live in one another still . . . That is the comfort of friends, that though they may be said to die, yet their friendship and society are, in the best sense. ever present because immortal.
