No organization in Proctor High School has as much ptestlge in the world outside of the school or is as potentialiy valuable to the student fortunate enough 10 be elected to membership as the National Honor Society. Election to this national society is made by a council of faculty members. Eligibtlity depends uptm superiority in the four qualities, Scholarship, Leadership, Character, and Service, and is open to students after the fifth sumester of high school. Scholas- tic eligibilty for the Redfield Proctor Chapter requires an ovetall B-average with no failing semester marks in any subject. and the student must have enrolled in no less than five full-credit courses or their equivalent for each year. On behalf of the school faculty and administration. I congratulate the thxee members of the Class of 1964 Who are National Honor scholars. I hope future classes may succeed in placing even more students on the rolls 01' the National Honor Society. Robert F. lBelding, Principal PROCTORIAN general staff. FIRSTROW: R. Partridge, W.
