Steele The Redfield Proctor Chapter of the National Honor Society will celebrate its fifth anniversary this year. Thus we mark a milestone in the recognition of the pursuit of excellence in the traits for which the Society stands: Scholarship, Character, Leader- ship, and Service. It is an enduring truth that superior capability unalloyed by leadership expressed through character and service may be likened to St. Paul's sounding brews and tink- ling cymbal. The Proctor Chapter of the National Honor Society Ls to be highly commended for its continued adherence to the high standards of admission. especially In the areas of character. leadership and service. Proctor may be justifiably proud of its students who meet and maintain these high standards for membership. The younger students 1'11 school would do well to strive for their election to this select group. For those in Lhe class of 1963 who have attained Lhis high honor. I offer my con- gratulationse and also urge them to continue to live up to the trust implicit in this recognition.
