David Bruce Emerson We shall never forget David's intense vitality, his avid eagerness for acquiring all sorts of information. his energy and enthusiasm for a variety of experiences. His ability as a leader brought him many positions of hhnor - the presidency of his class. of the Student Council. and. finally. of the Vermont Student Council. We, were all proud of him when he won his prizes in District and State Oratorical Contests: and how we. en- joyed his sense of humor! On the stage he possessed a special quality of warmth which made his every role live. Although he was an individualist. he was most co-operativc in his numerous activities, which also included athletics. Rifle Club, Lhe Sutheriand, and Scouting.
