C L A S S P O E M With regret and joy we come to the point That marks the termination or the earliest phase or our career, Our high school education-- The unexpected often happened And caught us unprepared; Our schemes sometimes proved e trifle wild 'Thourh no one actually cared. Our plans never met with much success When we tried to raise any money, But lots of our classes we'll never rarget-- They really were terribly runny: Twenty-rive to fifteen inside or four years Is the rate that our numbers decreased, But there's quality if not quantity-- They assured us or that, at least: A procrastinatieg class we were. Dead-lines rushed by unneeded. Only miracles can have shoved us from P. H. 8., still undefeated-- Some class! you eey--You're net the first! It was really not half bad-- It was lots or work and late or fun And I think we will be glad, When at the peak of a useful life Each of us shell one day arrive, To look back and remember with a smile Our great clase or 'hs.
