Ivlr. DeWindt, assigned to coach this bunch of Beezers , had played outstanding football at Elsah but had never coached a team before. His very efficient aid was Mr. Craig, After hard weeks of drilling on everyones part the 'lBeezers were ready for their first game, Burroughs. Next the B team met Country Day, defeating them both 15-14, 20-B. Defeat first came at the hands of Western, as they outplayed Principia 6 U The second half of the season opened with the Beezers beating Codasco for the second time E5 U and then Burroughs lo 6 Hopes for the Championship passed the Beezers by in the last game of the season on Westerns home field when they beat the Principians 12 U Thus the season ended with a record of four out of six games won lt was a grand season and you may be sure it was a quite different bunch of foot ball players that turned h r uniforms in at the end of the season than who first reported a month and a half earlier Q Ci Henk VN 6461 QP1 'REQ iL,M4lj41Zu A'Jw'mM 4-A4444 .u,QM -Lu. ack Ro lol to ngh!
