I think more people should participate in the music or- ganizations just to gain an appreciation of music. The reason We have to do small ensemble work is that We can't get people to join. It really makes me sad to see talented people not sharing their skill with the community. Everything I'Ve every been involved in has been a tremendous experi- ence. The thing I like about the music organizations is that the people in them have an initial enthusiasm. They're very excited about music. Personally I grew a lot in the Madrigals because it taught me how to Work with people. With choir the big- gest challenge was learning to stick to it, to have pati- ence and understanding to help people who were really trying. , V liillllll fllfllllil Al

Aside from saving the college a great deal of money on its insurance rates We're providing protection to every student as Well as members of the faculty. ,fi 'f This is one of the jobs which every- one laughs at until they need help-- then We're heroes.
