He has also lived in Chicago, I]]., Detroit, Mich., and Denver, Colo. He is the son of Martin E. Anderson, University of Chicago ’06, B.D. and D.D., and Annie L. Gaddis Anderson. His father is pastor of the Central Presbyterian Church in Denver. He has two brothers and one sister. He prepared at East Denver High School, where he was on the Track and Debating Teams. At Princeton he majored in Politics. He was on the Lacrosse Team, numerals (1); Freshman Class Basketball—Intramural Championship Team (1) ; Varsity Lacrosse Squad (2) (4) ; mem- ber Triangle Club, Whig Hall, and Terrace Club. He is the son of Howard C. Anderson and Bertha May Ducey. His father is a statistician, with the Freight Traffic Department of the Pennsylvania Railroad. He has one brother, Howard C. Anderson ’31. He prepared at Gloucester City High School, where he was Editor of the School Newspaper; on the Debating and Track Teams; Treasurer of the Senior Class; Valedictorian; Secretary Hi-Y Club; winner Patton Medal for four years’ highest average in English. At Princeton he majored in Economics; First Group. He was on the Debate Panel (4), and a member of Whig Hall. During the four years of college he roomed at 321 Brown.
