C3 theqcollege has yet to determine which form of representation lt shall permanently adopt. In addition to the powers which the student body formerly possessed, the Undergraduate Council has assumed, in co-opera- tion with the faculty, jurisdiction over a majority of the cases of discipline, Cases, however, which are not a matter of under- graduate interest are referred to the faculty for final decision. In the event of disagreement between the student council and the faculty, the decision rests with the Dean of the College. The present organization, as its name implies, draws its meinbership from the entire undergraduate body. The Senior Class possesses a majority in the Council, this year having a representation of nine men. Four members are Juniors, while the Sopho- moreiand Freshman Classes are allowed two and one representatives, respectively. These men are selected in the following manner: the four class presidents are members ex oficiog two representatives-at-large are elected by the two upper classes, and one by the Sophomores, two more are chosen from the Senior Classlby the Council itselfg the other members are the delegates of particular groups of undergraduate organizations.
