., G29 Class History As we look back over these Happy Golden Years at Princeton High School, we find in the fall of 1953, there enrolled as freshmen, sixteen of the greenest and shyest freshmen possible. This was the supposed graduating class of 1957. As the custom went, we were initiated by the Seniors of that year. Lynn Hoover dropped out during the year, leaving us with fifteen. Mr. Briethupt our amiable sponsor managed to get us over the rough spots that year. In our sophomore year thirteen of us entered the doors of good old P. H. S. Betty and Mary Jane Finley left us to go to Richmond. During the year we lost Don Martin to Overbrook, and Kay Shearer to Lincoln, Nebraska. Mrs. Studebaker was very helpful as our sponsor that year. We started our Junior year with only nine enrolled. Barbara QGuyJ Feuerborn was married during the summerg and Barbara Crirnble moved to St. Marys, Ohio. We finally got through the hardships of our Junior year with the help of our genial sponsor, Mrs. Hoglund The time finally came when we could call ourselves high and mighty Seniors. Don Cook started with us, but had to quit shortly after school began, due to ill health. Now we are eight. Our Senior year was one of our best and most enjoyable, aided by the splendid help of our sponsor, Mr. Overturf.

Class Prophecy Here it is the year 1967, and the graduating class of 1957 have met for the annual Alumni Banquet. It's quite a surprise as we look around and see the many changes that have taken place over the past ten years. Down at the far end of the spea.ker's table we see Bill Demoret, the class wizard, now a top-secret, highly technical scientist. He is going to give a speech on atomic powered air- conditioners Which, in his opinion, ought to be installed in every school building. As we glance at the program we see Mike McGinty, now a magician with the Big Top Circus. He will perform one of the feats he learned in Italy, while on one of his sensational tours of Europe. Now who do you suppose that could be? It looks like Mrs. Herbert Jansen, the former Lovina Wiederholt. They live in San Diego, California, where she is supervisor of the Ransomville Mental Hospital. Also at the spea.ker's table we see Ronald Foltz, a prominent Princeton Man who has been appointed State Truant Officer, with headquarters at Topeka. He will speak on Why Students Skip School. In the middle of the table we see Mrs. Marvin Zielsdorf, former Mary Ann Carmady, author of the sensational best seller MEN which has now sold over a million copies. Bill Burgoon is a barber in the small town of Gordhead, Missouri. He and his wife are very happily married and are now raising a nice family of goard-heads. Before the banquet began we were visiting with Evan Winters. He is now drawing cartoons for the Walt Disney Co. He and his wife and their five children flew in-in their Jet Station Wagon. Now there sits that home town girl that made good-Mrs. Arthur Rossman, the former Phyllis Brockus. They and their five children are now operating the Brockus Chicken Ranch.
