George W. Keatley, Principal A high school principal’s duties are numerous and various. Making announcements, establishing vari- ous aspects of school policy, super- vising teachers meetings and signing excuses make up only a small part of his job. Even though Mr. Keatley is usually busy, he always has a smile and a cheery word ready for everyone. His influence makes him a definite figure of our school’s personality. School Administrators James J. Martin, Assistant Principal An often ignored figure in a high school is the assistant principal. Though he is sometimes overlooked by the public, students realize that assistant principal Mr. Martin is a vital part of PHS. His efforts contribute to the efficiency of our school.
