A large part of our student body is transported to and from school by our bus drivers. Mr. Worthington trusts our bus drivers’ judgement and always reminds them of their responsibilities. Flag Boy Edward Wells, Donnie Murphy Patrol Boy Safety is the main concern of these boys. They aid the principal, bus drivers, and par- ents in helping students across the streets. 14

gjjgig- Fire Squad Fortunately, we have never had to use these boys except in practice fire drills, but knowing that we could depend on them in case of the real thing gives us a satisfying feeling of security. The fire squad is composed of Senior boys and Mr Nethercutt, their advisor. Custodians Each individual shares in the responsibility of making our school safe, clean, and well-or- ganized. Amanda Watson, Caleb Joyner, and Thomas Joyner play an important role in keeping our school organized. 15
