Change, Growth Bring Crowding Amid Beautification To Cincinnati A rapidly changing Cincinnati met problems of crowdedhighways and of stiffling air pollution even though fuel shortages became a way of life in America. ., . Amid renewal and renovation, downtown sparkled as more than a dozen designs were painted in brilliant colors on buildings. ...
