The division is alert at all times to train their big guns and to keep them in readi- ness. Deck seamanship on the fantail includes several important contributions to the ship's teamwork. First of all, the men of the division rig for highline transfers be- tween the Princeton and other ships. It's a neat bit of seamanship to handle the lines for safe transfer of men and valuable afternoon of firing means evening of work W X4 X wi s fr.f ff Main Battery material from one ship to another.
