The signal gang conducts all visual traffic, employing blinker, flaghoists, and semaphore. When you want to know where you are and what ships are in the area, ask the local experts, the signal gangg they will give you the correct information. lf you ever decide to call on the Admiral for tea they could tell you if he is at home.
